Capacity capped at 3 clients. 2 spots open.

One builder for your whole backlog, on subscription.

Unlimited dev and automation requests, one at a time. Most builds come back in 48-72 hours. Built end to end by the one person you talk to, never handed off.

Pause or cancel anytime. No contract. First month is half price.

You do not need another agency. You need builds off your plate.

Agencies bill for account managers you never asked for. Freelancers vanish mid-project. Job posts take a month and a bad hire. Meanwhile the backlog grows and clients wait.

Proof, not promises

A real build, start to finish

A lead-qualification automation I built recently. Same person who talks to you writes the code and records the walkthrough.

Lead-qualification automation 2:11

What gets built

One request at a time, most back in 48-72 hours. Bigger builds get scoped into stages so something ships every few days.

Automation

Workflows that run without you

Lead routing, data sync, reporting, alerts. The repetitive work that eats your team's hours, wired up and tested.

Agents and GPT integrations

Chat and voice agents, GPT glue between tools, drafting and classification pipelines. Real workflows, not a demo.

Integrations

API glue between your tools

The connectors that never come native. Get your stack passing data cleanly instead of copy-pasting between tabs.

Dashboards and ops tooling

Admin panels, client portals, and dashboards that put your numbers and controls in one place your team will use.

Web apps and MVPs

Production web apps and first versions built to ship, not to look good in a slide. Real auth, real data, real users.

If you are not sure

Ask before you subscribe

Not certain it fits? Email the problem first. If it is not something I can do well, I will tell you straight.

How it works

Three steps, no onboarding call

1

Subscribe, or email first

Pick a plan and start, or send the problem to my inbox if you want to check fit before you pay.

2

Drop in your requests

Email over as many as you want, in your own words. No boards, no tickets. The queue is yours to fill.

3

They come back built

One at a time, most in 48-72 hours. Pause when the queue is empty and your remaining days wait for you.

Pricing

One flat monthly rate. No hourly billing.

Every plan includes unlimited requests, one active build at a time, and pause or cancel whenever you want.

Start Pro

First month is half price, whichever tier you pick.

Half price to start

Your first month is half the plan rate, on any tier, so trying it costs less than one agency invoice.

One-week guarantee

If the first week is not what you expected, ask and I refund it. You keep whatever was built.

Pause or cancel anytime

No contract and no notice period. Pause when the queue is empty, come back when it fills up again.

Questions worth asking

Why only one request at a time?
Because focus is how work ships in 48-72 hours instead of drifting for weeks. You can queue as many requests as you like. I build them in the order you set, one at a time, and each one gets full attention until it is done. It is faster in practice than five things half-built at once.
What if I do not like a build?
Revisions are part of the deal. Tell me what is off and I fix it, same as any other request in your queue. And in your first week, if the whole thing is not working out, ask for a refund and you get it back. You keep what was built either way.
Who actually does the work?
I do. My name is Harsh, I build solo, and that is the whole point. No account managers, no handoffs to a team you never meet. The person you email is the person who writes the code and records the walkthrough. Fewer moving parts is why the turnaround holds.
What counts as one request?
A clear, self-contained job: an automation, an integration, a dashboard, a screen, a fix. Most land in 48-72 hours. A bigger build, like a full app or MVP, is not one request. I split it into stages so something ships every few days, and we work through them in order.
How does pausing work?
Billing runs in monthly cycles, but you only need it while the queue is full. If you run out of work halfway through a month, pause. The days you have not used are held for you and pick up where they left off when you come back. You are never paying for an empty queue.
What stack do you build on?
Automation on n8n, Make and Zapier. AI agents and GPT integrations. API glue between tools like GoHighLevel, Airtable, Slack and most CRMs. Internal tools and dashboards. Full-stack web apps and MVPs on Next.js and React. If you are unsure whether your job fits, email it over first and I will tell you honestly.
For agencies

I also build white-label, under your brand

Run an agency with overflow work? Send the spec and get a finished build back in 48-72 hours. Your client never hears my name. You keep the relationship and the margin.

Email about white-label

Two of three spots are open

Capacity is capped at three clients so the turnaround stays real. Start your subscription, or email the problem first if you want to check fit. Either way you hear back from me, not a sales team.
